Location

Approximately six miles west of Bremerton in Kitsap County. About 21 miles west of Seattle and 25 miles NW of Tacoma.

Three self-supporting ranging from 65 to 100 feet. FCC registration number: 1032012.

Building

Large cement block building surrounded by chain link fence.

Power

Served by a very reliable underground commercial power. Back up power is available on a limited basis.

Access

Road is well maintained and can be accessed by passenger vehicle though four wheel drive is recommended. There is a gate located about five miles from the site so security is excellent. Snow-Cat is available.

Maintenance

This site is now owned by Pinnacle Tower Corporation of Sarasota, Florida.   Goldspar Communications manages the site and has the capability to install and service equipment at the site.

Coverage

Line of site view of downtown Seattle. Coverage is excellent from south of Olympia to the Canadian border. Essentially covers the entire Puget Sound Basin between the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges. Topographical analysis for your equipment provided free upon request. General propagation study.
